Throughout these terms and conditions we will refer to ourselves as Oy Vey Studio, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ meaning Aimee Lyons trading as Oy Vey Studio.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you use this website, your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.

Product Information

All products for sale on www.oyveystudio.co.uk are subject to availability; if for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled owing to lack of stock, you will be advised by email and/or phone. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published. All prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments

Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered. Once your order has been placed you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved. By submitting an order to use through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order.

Delivery and rights

  • Letters are delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • Parcels are delivered by Evri (formerly Hermes)

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time scales.

Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must inform us of this on the day and upon investigation, you will be given an exchange or credit providing you have photographic proof of damaged goods. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Returns

You are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: hey@oyveystudio.com

Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return – we will send you the relevant returns address to make your return. You will have 7 days from the date we reply to you to ship your returned item(s).

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition. Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/marked will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

Please ensure your return parcel includes your:

  • Order Name
  • Order Number
  • Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.

Exchanges

You are welcome to return your item(s) for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs and will need to pay for the shipping of the alternative item.

You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: hey@oyveystudio.com

Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return – we will send you the relevant returns address to make your return. You will have 7 days from the date we reply to you to ship your returned item(s).

Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/marked will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.

Please allow 7 days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us after this time, please reach out to us at hey@oyveystudio.com with your order name and number.
